I was chatting with a girlfriend over the weekend and asked her if she was enjoying her mat leave? Her answer I think resinates with so many of us. “I love it but I always look like shit, when Im working Ive got a reason to get dressed in the morning and wash my hair

I had to laugh I totally get this, Ive worked from home for the last 8 years now and I definitely feel there is a little transition period between being a 20 something year old feeling like a power women getting dressed going to work to then becoming a stay at home mum with spew down your top.
One thing I've learnt is you have to master your own casual dress code, invest in a few luxe pieces to help jeans and a t-shirt look casually cool.
